I understand the difficulties of fat loss as I fought that battle myself from childhood and into my young adult years. The judging, the shaming, and the embarrassment. All I ever wanted was to lose weight and not be a target for jokes or criticism. The frustration built up for years, and eventually, I decided to do something about it. I soon realized it wasn’t as simple as signing up for the gym and trying out diets.
I can’t recall the number of times I tried and failed. But each failure brought an opportunity to learn, to discover something new, to fit together pieces of the puzzle. That process took years in itself, and during that time I continued to gain weight, ballooning up to 120kg. When I saw that number on the scale I knew it was now or never. Luckily, I gained all the knowledge I needed, and I set about on a 2-year journey where I lost 50kg.
I know what it feels like to be trapped in your own body without a map leading to brighter horizons. That’s where I saw the need for Cutting Concepts. Something that clears the confusion and consolidates the information around fat loss. It’s what I wish I had a decade ago when I started my first steps into the world of fitness. Change is possible.
